• Financial Data: Group expense details, split shares, transaction histories, and settlement records stored securely in Firestore.
• Device & Connectivity: Local caches of your transactions, device diagnostic info, and network status for offline sync operations.
• Billing Information: Payment details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain your SplitNex account.
• To calculate and settle shared balances within your groups.
• To process subscriptions and billing transactions via Stripe.
• To enable offline sync and causal history conflict resolution.
• To improve application performance and resolve technical bugs.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party providers essential to SplitNex's operations:

• Google Firebase: For user authentication, remote database storage, and hosting.
• Stripe: For secure subscription billing and payment processing.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support at support@splitnex.com. We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
